摘要
水溶肥中的中量元素钙为了保证其在肥料中的稳定性和作物吸收上的高效性部分存在于EDTA的螯合态下,这部分钙不能采用EDTA滴定法测定,实验室主要检测方法为高锰酸钾滴定法,较为繁琐,也不能直接采用ICP-OES法直接测定,因为酸性环境会导致固体析出,堵塞毛细管,利用本文中提出的酸解后,再加入10mL EDTA进行充分螯合,及时调整p H值到9.0~10.0之间,碱性环境下,钙在EDTA螯合下不会形成沉淀,经测定相对标准偏差小于2%,加标回收率在98.5%~102.25%之间,ICP-OES测定的结果和高锰酸钾滴定法基本一致。表明这种简单的处理方法对ICP-OES快速测定水溶肥中EDTA螯合态钙准确、有效。
Water soluble elements in the amount of calcium fertilizer in order to ensure the efficiency of the chelated part in fertilizer and crop absorption on the stability of EDTA in the presence of calcium,this part can not be used EDTA titration method for the determination of major,laboratory testing methods for Potassium Permanganate titration is complicated,can not directly use ICP-OES method for the direct determination.Because the acidic environment will lead to solid precipitation,capillary blockage,using this acid solution,then add 10mL EDTA full chelation,timely adjustment of pH to 9.0~10.0,alkaline environment,calcium will not precipitate in EDTA chelate,the determination of the relative standard deviation is less than 2%,the recovery rate was 98.5%~102.25%the results of ICP-OES and Potassium Permanganate,consistent titration.The results show that this simple method is accurate and effective for the rapid determination of EDTA chelate calcium in water soluble fertilizer by ICP-OES.
