摘要
根据GB/T20975.5-2008对铝合金中硅含量的钼蓝分光光度法测量程序,分析了不确定度的主要来源,对各影响因素如测量的重复性、称量天平、定容体积、分取体积、工作曲线进行了评定,计算出合成不确定度,扩展不确定度和置信区间。
According to the measurement procedures that silicon content spectrophotometric in aluminum alloy of GB/T 20975.5-2008,analyzed the main sources of uncertainty,such as the measurement repeatability of all the influencing factors,weighing scales,constant volume,sub volume,working curve was evaluated,calculate the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty and confidence interval.
