摘要
本文应用故障树分析法(FTA)对液化天然气管道失效的主要原因进行了分析,建立了输气管道失效故障树,并计算出了系统的28个最小割集,定性与定量地探讨了引起管道失效的基本原因。通过对系统故障树最小割集、结构重要度等的分析,发现引起液化天然气管道失效的主要原因有温度升高LNG气化、设计和施工缺陷、第三方破坏、腐蚀等因素,并提出了相应的改善措施。
In this paper,fault tree analysis(FTA)is used to analyze the main causes of liquefied natural gas pipeline failure,and a fault tree of gas pipeline failure is established.28 minimum cut sets,qualitative and quantitative to explore the basic causes of pipeline failure.Through the analysis of the minimum cut set of the system fault tree and the importance of the structure,it is found that the main reasons of Liquefied natural gas long-distance pipeline failure are LNG vaporized at an elevated temperature,design and construction defects,the destruction of the third party and the corrosion,and the corresponding improvement Measures.
