摘要
根据液压缸型式试验的国家标准,基于模块化和集成化的原则设计了液压缸型式试验台,其包括液压系统和行程可调的试验台架结构,并基于ANSYS对试验台架进行了强度校核,用拓扑优化方法改进了试验台架结构,在保证试验台架满足使用性能的前提下质量减轻了13%。试验台架总体布局合理,便于操作和检修。
According to the national standards of hydraulic cylinder test,its test bench is designed based on the principle of modularization and integration.It is composed of a hydraulic system and a test bench frame with adjustable stroke.ANSYS is used to analyze the strength of the frame and the topological optimization method is used to improve its structure.On the premise of ensuring the performance of the test bench,its weight is reduced by 13%.This test bench is characteristic of reasonable layout,easy operation and maintenance.
