摘要
深孔枪钻加工中的颤振问题,严重地影响了产品的加工质量和机床的效率。以钛合金小直径深孔的枪钻加工为研究对象,从实验研究、理论分析、颤振预测、振动加工等几个方面,对目前小直径深孔枪钻加工技术进行分析,为后续的枪钻深孔加工钻削稳定性与振动加工技术的基础研究提供理论依据。
Chatter severely affects the machining quality of the products and production efficiency in deep-hole gun-drilling process.This paper takes small diameter deep-hole gun-drilling process technique of titanium alloy as object of study and analyzes this process technique from experimental study,theoretical analysis,flutter forecast and vibration processing.The foundation is laid for subsequent deep-hole gun-drilling stability and vibration Machining study.
