摘要
针对螺旋扁管模具挤压成形时管壁减薄、生产灵活性差及效率低等不足,设计了对轧辊同步扭转挤压成形设备。并采用DEFORM-3D软件,对挤压成形过程模拟,得到了截面变形过程应变分布及行程-轴向推力变化,对不同进给速度、摩擦系数和轧辊半径对推力影响进行模拟分析。研究结果表明,摩擦系数和进给速度增大时,轴向推力也随之变大,随着轧辊半径的增大轴向推力小幅减小。该设备的设计和成形理论研究,对实际设计、工艺参数选取具有一定的指导意义和实用价值。
Due to weakness in the rolling twisted oval tube,like that the tube wall becomes thinner,the method is less flexible and production efficiency is low,this paper designs a machine with two rollers which can be used to roll and twist the tubes synchronously.The process of rolling and twisting is simulated by DEFORM-3D,and the strained condition of its section and the axial thrust change are obtained.The influence of feed rate,friction coefficient and roll radius on its thrust is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the thrust increases with the increase of the feed rate and friction coefficient and the thrust reduces slightly with the increase of the roll radius.The research on this equipment and its design have a certain guiding significance and use value for the selection of process parameters in the design.
