摘要
针对生态园林和农场遇到的地形复杂、割草作业量大等问题,开发了前置摆动式割草机,该机采用四轮驱动,能够实现割草机行驶与作业分别控制。分析了这种新型割草机功能与结构方面的设计理念,利用Solid Works软件建立了整机模型,通过ANSYS Workbench软件对机架进行模态分析,证明了实际工作过程中不会产生共振。并对该模型进行优化,在降低振动的条件下提高了整机的可靠性,同时能够满足正常作业的需求。
Due to the complexity of terrain in gardens and large job mowing,this paper develops the front swing type mower.Four-wheel drive is adopted in the mower to control its driving and operation.This paper analyzes the new mower function and structure design,uses SolidWorks software to build the model and uses the ANSYS workbench software to do the modal analysis of its frame.It is proved that the resonance can be produced in the actual working process of the system.And then,the model is optimized to improve the reliability of the whole machine,it meets the requirement of the normal operation.
