曲率差型模态在压电陶瓷探伤中的分析

摘要 针对压电陶瓷片的损伤种类繁多,其他特征识别技术难以适应的问题,运用模态探伤技术对压电陶瓷片的模态参数进行分析。建立了压电陶瓷片的有限元模型,从曲率模态参数来研究其损伤特性。分析了完整压电陶瓷片与不同程度损伤压电陶瓷片之间模态参数的差别与联系,同时也说明该方法能够准确地定位损伤位置。研究证明曲率模态可以准确识别压电陶瓷片的损伤特性,为压电陶瓷片的损伤特性识别提供了参考。 In view of the wide variety of piezoelectric ceramic pieces and other characteristics,the paper makes a deep research on its modal parameters by using modal testing technique.Its finite element model is established,and the damaged conditions are studied from the parameters of the curvature mode.The difference and relation of the modal parameters of the piezoelectric ceramic in the different damaged conditions are analyzed.It also shows that the method can be used to accurately locate the damaged position.It is proved that the curvature mode can be used to accurately identify the damaged conditions of the piezoelectric ceramic pieces.A reference can be provided for the identification of its damaged condititons.
