摘要
针对六自由度工业机器人安全性与可靠性问题,以六自由度自动分拣工业机器人为研究模型,对该模型进行静力学分析,验证产品结构设计的合理性。在Solidworks中建该机器人的三维模型,并将模型导入到Ansys软件中,分析其模态振型和谐响应特性。通过分析实验得到的模态振型图和简谐响应曲线,测出机器人的最大位移共振频率,检验其谐激励下的抗振能力,为其结构优化提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of safety and reliability of industrial robot with 6 degrees of freedom,this paper uses the 6 degree of freedom automatic sorting industrial robot as object of study,and does its the static analysis to verify the rationality of its structure design.Then,the 3D model of the robot is built in Solidworks,and the model is introduced into the Ansys software to analyze the characteristics of the mode.By analyzing the modal and harmonic response curve,its maximum displacement resonance frequency is measured and the ability of its antivibration under the harmonic excitation is tested.The reference is provided for the optimization of its structure.
