摘要
采用菌丝生长速率抑制法测定50%克菌丹可湿性粉剂、99%噁霉灵原药、80%噁霉·福美双可湿性粉剂、70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、25%氰烯菌酯悬浮剂、30%甲霜噁霉灵水剂等6种杀菌剂对马铃薯枯萎病菌(Fusariumoxysporum)的毒力,结果显示:氰烯菌酯和甲基硫菌灵的毒力最高,其EC50分别为0.0441和0.1127mg·L-1。
In this study, the toxicity of six fungicides against Fusarium oxysporum were tested by the mycelium growth rate methods,the 6 fungicides include 50% captan WP, 99% hymexazol TC, 80% hymexazol Thiram WP, 70% thiophanate-methyl WP, 25% phenamacril SC and 30% Metalaxyl hymexazol AS. The results showed that phenamacril and thiophanate-methyl had the best toxicity and their EC50 were 0.0441 mg·L-1 and 0.1127 mg·L-1 respectively.
