摘要 研究并设计了一种基于Nd:YVO_4晶体的紧凑高效全固态1 064 nm激光器。在连续波运转状态下,当泵浦功率为7.8 W时,激光器最大输出功率为2.49 W,相应的光-光转化效率为31.92%,斜率效率为35.77%。在此基础上,利用尺寸为3 mm×3 mm×1 mm Cr^(4+):YAG晶体作为被动调Q元件,实现了1 064 nm稳定调Q脉冲运转。当激光器谐振腔优化为9 cm、泵浦功率为7.8 W时,实验获得了2.13 W的调Q脉冲输出,相应的光-光转换效率为27.31%,重复频率为357.1 k Hz,脉冲宽度为75 ns。 A compact and highly efficient all solid-state 1 064 nm laser has been researched and designed based on a Nd:YVO 4 crystal.While operating in continuous wave state,a maximum laser output of 2.49 W is obtained with the input pump power of 7.8 W,which corresponds to an optical-optical conversion efficiency of 31.92%and a slope efficiency of 35.77%.Based on it,a small piece of Cr 4+:YAG crystal with the dimession of 3 mm×3 mm×1 mm is inserted into the cavity as the passive Q-switched device,and then stable 1 064 nm pulse operations are observed.By optimizing the resonator cavity length to 9 cm,the average power of 2.13 W Q-switched pulse trains are obtained with the pump power of 7.8 W,and the corresponding optical-optical conversion efficiency,the repetition rate,and the pulse width are 27.31%,357.1 kHz,and 75 ns,respectively.
