摘要
针对外部环境对水下压力值数据采集精度的影响,提出一种基于FPGA的数据采集系统的方案。以CycloneⅢ系列的EP3C5E144C8芯片为主控单元,配合模数转换芯片AD7934,实现了对水下压力值的采集,保证了数据采样精度和数据处理的速度。计算机显示界面程序采用NI公司的图形化编程软件LabVIEW编写,用户显示界面信息丰富而且美观。实验表明,本数据采集系统误差小于0.03 kPa,具有结构简单、数据读取方便、人机界面友好等特点,具有很大应用价值。
According to the external environment influence on the accuracy of data acquisition under water pressure,a data acquisition system solutions based on field programmable gate array(FPGA)is proposed.The system is with CycloneⅢseries EP3C5E144C8 chip as the main control unit and the Analog-to-digital(A/D)converter chip AD7934 realizing acquisition of water pressure value,and to ensure the accuracy of data sampling and data processing speeds.Computer display interface programs are written using the NI’s LabVIEW graphical programming software,the user interface information is rich and beautiful.The experimental results show that the error is less than 0.03 kPa of data acquisition system.The system has simple structure,data easy to read,friendly interface and other features,and it has great application value.
