将契约管理制度有效应用到学生管理中,不仅能够体现以人为本的管理理念,同时对学生管理体系及校园文化发展均具有重要意义。对此,首先分析学生管理中应用契约管理制度所面临的相关挑战,并基于契约管理应用原则,论述学生管理中应用契约管理制度的必要性,进而通过遵循以人为本管理原则、建立高效沟通交流机制、创建人性化的校园环境、依托契约精神完善制度、严格履行职能维护契约五个维度,提出了学生管理中,应用契约管理制度的有效方式,旨在确保契约责任人权益,推动和谐校园的建设与发展。

The effective application of contract management system to student management can not only reflect the people-oriented management concept,but also have great significance to the student management system and the development of campus culture.In this regard,this article first analyzes the challenges in the application of contract management system of student management,and based on the contract management application principle,discusses the necessity of applying contract management system in the management of students,and from five dimensions,namely,following the people-oriented management principles,establishing efficient communication mechanism,creating humanistic campus environment,relying on the contract spirit to improve the system,and strictly fulfilling the function to maintain the contract,this article proposes the effective ways of applying contract management system in student management in order to ensure the rights of contract responsible individuals,and promote the construction and development of harmonious campus.
