中西部高校青年教师发展的四个维度需求与对策 被引量:1

摘要 青年才俊是国家发展的后备力量,尤其是青年教师,担任着教书育人的重任。增强教师力量已经成为社会和国家发展的主要任务。在人才竞争激烈的社会中,采用何种方式才能提升教师的技能以及帮助中西部地区留住这些青年才俊教师是地区发展的重心。基于此,分析地方高校青年教师的发展与地方高校发展的关系,阐述中西部高校青年教师发展的四个维度(教学、专业、组织、个人)的需求,提出促进地方高校青年教师发展的对策。 Talented young people are the reserve force of national development,especially young teachers,who shoulder the responsibility of teaching and educating talents.Strengthening teachers strength has become the main task of the development of the society and the country.In the fierce competition for talents in the society,how to improve teachers skills and help keep these young teachers in central and western regions is the focus of regional development.Based on this,this paper probes into the relationship between the development of young teachers in central and western regions and the development of regional universities,demonstrates the four dimensions(teaching,specialty,organization and individual)of young teachers development needs in central and western regions and proposes the countermeasures for their development.
