摘要
通过对龙滩库区人工增雨作业存在的作业效果、作业过程安全、诱发次生灾害、供需矛盾、空域管制等风险进行分析,提出应对各种风险的措施或办法,使龙滩库区人工增雨作业在安全风险可控条件下安全实施,合理开发空中云水资源,增加库区径流量,提高电厂发电量,从而提高经济效益。
This paper studies the effect and safety of artificial precipitation operation in Longtan reservoir area as well as secondary disasters,contradiction between supply and demand,and airspace control involved.It proposes measures or methods against all kinds of risks for safe artificial precipitation operation so that air water resource is properly developed,reservoir runoff is increased,generation capacity and economic benefit of the power plant are improved.
