摘要
某水电厂自投产以来,机组在运行过程中,当一次调频动作时,往往由于积分电量不满足要求而被电网考核。通过分析发现,造成这一问题的原因为一次调频调节精度较低所致。经研究,分别采用提高测频模块精度、一次调频动作幅度优化及一次调频PID参数优化的方法来提高一次调频调节精度。改造后,对其进行试验,试验结果均优于优化前,一次调频调节精度有所提高,机组频差功率变化量增大,满足一次调频理论动作量,且一次调频调节性能更加优化。
A hydropower plant is required to be assembled by power grid since its operation due to unsatisfied integral power in the case that the unit acts primary frequency modulation during its operation.It is found that the cause of this problem is the low accuracy of frequency modulation by analysis.After studied,the accuracy of primary frequency modulation adjustment is improved by enhancing the accuracy of measuring frequency module,optimizing the amplitude of frequency module action and PID parameter of primary frequency module.The test shows that the result is better than that before optimization,the accuracy of primary frequency adjustment is improved,and the frequency difference power change of the unit is increased,which satisfies the action requirement of primary frequency modulation adjustment theory.Moreover,the performance of primary frequency modulation adjustment is more optimized.
