引子渡发电厂3号机组蝴蝶阀接力器油渗漏原因分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 蝴蝶阀接力器除检修及事故停机、例行工作外,长期处于开启状态,开启腔充满4.0 MPa液压油。通过对引子渡发电厂蝴蝶阀接力器油渗漏原因分析,对重要部件进行加工处理,选择装配高性能密封元件。维修后投入运行,按处理前平均15 ml/h左右的渗油量计算,每台蝴蝶阀接力器每年可有效节约0.16 t透平油,有效消除了蝴蝶阀接力器油渗漏的缺陷,提高了机组运行的可靠性,保证了机组安全稳定运行。 The butterfly valve ser^romotor is under open condition for a long time except for maintenance and emergency shutdown as well as routine works,and the opening chamber is full of 4.0MPa hydraulic oil.Based on the cause analysis of oil leakage of butterfly valve servomotor in Yinzidu Power Plant,the important pars are treated and processed,and high-performance sealing elements are selected and assembled.According to the average oil leakage calculation of 15ml/h before treatment,the butterfly valve servomotor after maintenance can effectively save 0.16t turbine oil per year,eliminate the oil leakage defect of butterfly valve servomotor,improve the reliability of the unit and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
