特高压带电作业中高强防雨绝缘拉棒设计 被引量:5

摘要 针对现有特高压带电作业用绝缘拉棒存在的不足,通过对材料和连接技术的优化,研制一种新型高强防雨绝缘拉棒。借助Solidworks力学仿真软件对绝缘拉棒进行受力特性分析,计算发现拉棒受力薄弱环节位于双孔单耳销孔,施加3倍额定荷载(450kN)时销孔最大应力达到357.3MPa,最大位移量为0.014 9mm。对高强防雨绝缘拉棒进行出厂及型式试验,实验结果表明:其额定荷载达到150kN,破坏荷载达到452kN,抗拉强度提高了30%,操作冲击耐受电压和工频耐受电压分别达1 685和±985kV,并具有一定防雨能力,提高了作业安全系数,具有重要的工程实际意义。 In order to solve the problem of the existing insulating rod for UHV live working,a new type high–strength waterproof insulating rod was developed by optimizing material and connection technology in this paper.The structure waterproof insulating pull rod was calculated and analyzed by using Solidworks software.It was calculated that the rod stress weak links was located at the double ear pin hole,and the maximum pin hole stress reached 357.3 MPa and the maximum displacement reached 0.014 9 mm when applied 3 times rated load(450 kN).Type approval testing results show that the rated load of the rod reaches 150 kN;the failure load reaches 452 kN;the tensile strength increases by 30%;the switching impulse withstand voltage and the power frequency withstand voltage are 1 685 kV and±985 kV respectively.The rob has a certain ability of waterproof and improve the safety of live working,which has important engineering practical significance.
