摘要 高压开关柜内断路器触臂、触头及母排是主变中、低压侧重要过流回路组成部分,其镀层和材质的质量直接关系到高压开关柜的安全稳定运行。本文从金属材料角度分析了开关柜过流部件发热隐患成因,指出触臂镀层在硫化合物环境下发黑会导致接触电阻升高,触指弹簧疲劳松弛断裂导致其发热烧损,母排导电率不良致使高载荷下烧熔。建议加强开关柜在物资入网和停电检修阶段的金属监督,提高过流部件运行可靠性。 Circuit breaker contact arm,contact and bus of high voltage switchgear is the main circuit diversion component for the middle and low voltage side of the main transformer,and the quality hidden trouble of the coating and the material is directly related to the safe and stable operation of high voltage switchgear.From the points of view of metallic material,this article analyzes the switchgear flow components heat hazard factors,points out that the arm coating black in the sulfur compounds environment would result in higher contact resistance,spring fatigue fracture would lead to the burning,and bad bus conductivity would cause burning-out under high load.The metal supervision of high voltage switchgear in the net stage and in interruption maintenance should be strengthened in order to improve the flow components reliability.
