湿式电除尘器在氨法脱硫后的工程应用案例分析

Application Analysis of Wet Electrostatic Precipitator after Ammonia Desulfurization

文章以氨法脱硫后增加湿式电除尘器技术来降低粉尘排放的工程应用为例,分析了该工程中存在的问题,提出了解决方法,并对氨法脱硫的设计、湿式电除尘器的运行条件提出了要求,为类似改造工程提供了参考建议及方法。

In this article,a technology of combination of ammonia desulfurization with wet-ESP for dust emission reduction was described.Problems to possibly occur during the engineering operation were raised and solutions were proposed accordingly.Furthermore,some demands for the design of ammonia desulfurization and the operation conditions of wet-ESP were put forwards,providing suggestions and methods for reference to other similar engineering projects.
