摘要 文章基于组合扭转弹簧的设计原则,结合各参数的计算公式,优化得到扭矩分配算式。同时为了减小组合扭转弹簧空间尺寸,推导出多层组合扭转弹簧旋绕比的选取原则。在给定载荷下,将旋绕比代入扭矩分配算式中,计算出各层扭转弹簧上分配的扭矩,最终得到各层扭转弹簧的设计参数,达到减小组合扭转弹簧的空间尺寸、简化设计过程、节约设计成本的目的。 In this paper,based on the design principle of combined torsion spring,combined with the calculation formula of each parameter,the torque distribution formula is optimized.At the same time in order to reduce the combined torsion spring space,the selection principle of spring index in multi-layer combined torsion spring is derived.In the load,the spring index is introduced into the torque distribution formula,and the torque allocated on the torsion springs of each layer is calculated.Finally,the design parameters of the torsion spring of each layer are obtained,so as to reduce the space dimension of the combined torsion spring,simplify the design process and save the cost of design.
