甘肃环县沙打旺生产性能及营养价值研究

Study on the Productivity and Nutrition of Astragalus Adsurgens Planted in Huanxian,Gansu Province

沙打旺是甘肃环县长期栽培的一种集水土保持与饲草利用为一体的豆科植物。2015年和2016年对环县沙打旺(2013年种植)生产性能和营养成分含量进行了测定。结果显示:沙打旺全年累计干草产量平均可达8 355 kg/hm^2,其中第2茬显著高于第1茬(P<0.05);第1茬粗蛋白含量16.27%,酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量低,分别为27.60%和33.43%。因此,沙打旺可以作为家畜饲草料来源,以解决当地部分饲草料短缺的问题。

Astragalus adsurgens is a kind of leguminous plant that integrates soil and water conservation with feeding utilization and has been cultivated in Huanxian of Gansu province in the long term.The production performance and nutrients of Astragalus adsurgens were measured from 2015 to 2016(planted in 2013).The results showed that the average annual total hay yield of the Astragalus adsurgens was 8 355 kg/hm2,and the second crop was significantly higher than that of the first stubble(P<0.05).The crude protein content of first crop was 16.27%,the acid detergent fiber(ADF)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content were low(27.60%and 33.43%,respectively).Therefore,Astragalus adsurgens could be used as the source of livestock forage supplement to solve the shortage of forage in local region.
