摘要
目的:探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型在眼科患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取342例患者做为研究对象,按入院时间顺序进行分组。观察组采用基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型方式对患者进行健康教育,对照组采用常规方式对患者进行健康教育。结果:观察组患者在饮食指导、用药知识、检查指导、手术注意事项、出院指导及健康教育知识总体评价方面知晓率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在健康教育知识的掌握程度评分、护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型的健康教育可以提升眼科患者对健康教育知识的知晓与掌握程度,提升护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of information-motivation-behavioral skills model(IMB)of health education in ophthalmological patients.Methods:342 patients were selected as the subjects and grouped by hospital.In the experimental group,the patients were educated with the method of information-motivation-behavioral skills model,and the conventional way were used in the control group.Results:The knowledge of the patients in the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the experimental group had a better understanding of the knowledge of health education in terms of dietary guidance,medication knowledge,inspection guidance,surgical notes,discharge guidance and health education knowledge(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The information-motivation-behavioral skills model can improve the awareness and mastery of health education knowledge and improve nursing satisfaction.
