摘要
目的:运用PDCA循环管理模式,防范护生针刺伤职业暴露发生。方法:分析护生针刺伤职业暴露发生情况,运用PDCA循环管理进行计划、实施、检查、处理及持续改进。结果:实施PDCA循环管理有效防范护生针刺伤职业暴露发生,2015年护生针刺伤发生率为15.66%,2016年护生针刺伤发生率为3.88%,χ2=7.679,P<0.01。结论:PDCA循环可降低护生针刺伤发生率。
Objective:To prevent the occurrence of needlestick injuries among nursing students by using PDCA circulation management.Methods:Analyze the occurrence of needlestick injuries of nursing students and plan,implement,check,deal with and improve continuously by using PDCA circulation management.Results:PDCA circulation management was effective in preventing needlestick injuries among nursing students.The incidence of needlestick injuries was 15.66%in 2015 and 3.88%in 2016,(χ2=7.679,P<0.01),The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:PDCA circulation can reduce the incidence of needlestick injuries among nursing students.
