8株鸭疫里默氏杆菌安徽分离株的生物学特性分析 被引量:15

摘要 鸭疫里默氏杆菌病是由鸭疫里默氏杆菌(Riemerella anatipestifer,RA)感染引起的主要发生于鸭的一种慢性或急性、高度接触性传染病。本研究开展了2017年分离自安徽的8株RA菌株的生物学特性研究。血清型检测结果表明,8株RA中6株为血清10型,2株为血清15型;对24种抗菌药物敏感性检测结果表明,RA对阿莫西林、头孢他啶和头孢吡啶敏感,对洛美沙星和阿奇霉素耐药;生物被膜检测结果表明,8株菌株中有7株为强生物被膜形成株,1株为弱生物被膜形成株;运用real-time PCR对强生物被膜形成菌株AH-1和弱生物被膜形成菌株AH-35中的生物被膜形成相关的5个基因进行检测,结果表明,与AH-35菌株相比,AH-1中的Riean_0023、Riean_1039和Riean_1564基因的转录水平均显著上调(p<0.01)。本研究为安徽省RA的防控提供参考。 Riemerella anatipestifer(RA)is the causative agent of some epizootic diseases in poultry.In this study,the biological characteristics of 8 RA strains isolated from Anhui in 2017 were studied.The serotyping showed that 6 isolates belonged to serotype 10 and other two isolates belonged to serotype 15.The testing of drug susceptibilities using 24 antibiotics revealed that the RA isolates were sensitive to amoxicillin,ceftazidime and cefpyridine but resistant to lomefl oxacin and azithromycin.Biofi lm formation assay showed that 7 isolates produced strong biofi lm while only one strain(AH-35)was weak in vitro.The mRNA levels of 5 genes associated with RA biofi lm formation was analyzed between AH-1(strong biofi lm formation strain)and AH35(weak biofi lm formation strain)by real-time PCR.The results showed that Riean_0023,Riean_1039 and Riean_1564 were signifi cantly increased(p<0.01)in the AH-1 compared with AH-35.This study will benefi t to the prevention and control of RA in Anhui province.
