MR技术应用于直肠癌术前T分期诊断的价值

The Value of MR Technique in the Diagnosis of Preoperative T Staging of Rectal Cancer

目的探讨MR技术应用于直肠癌术前T分期诊断的价值。方法方便选取83例该院于2016年1月—2017年6月所收治的经手术及病理诊断确诊的直肠癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均行MR技术检查,以手术及病理诊断为标准,观察MR技术检查对于患者术前T期的灵敏度、特异度及诊断符合率。结果 MR技术检查诊断结果于T1~2期的灵敏度、特异度及诊断符合率分别为73.68%、92.19%、87.95%;T3期的灵敏度、特异度及诊断符合率分别为91.89%、86.86%、89.16%;T4期的灵敏度、特异度及诊断符合率分别为88.89%、100.00%、96.39%。结论 MR技术对于直肠癌术前T分期诊断的灵敏度、特异度及诊断符合率均较高,诊断结果接近于手术及病理学诊断结果,具较高准确性,可为直肠癌的临床诊断、手术方案的制定及术前术后的治疗提供可靠依据,具较高临床应用价值。

Objective This paper tries to explore the value of MR technique in the diagnosis of preoperative staging of rectal cancer.Methods 83 patients with rectal cancer diagnosed by surgery and pathology in this hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected and underwent MR technique test.The operation and pathology were used as the standard to observe the MR technical examination for sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate of the preoperative T phase of the patients.Results In MR technical examination,the sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rates of T1~2 were 73.68%,92.19%and 87.95%respectively;the sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rates of T3 were 91.89%,86.86%,89.16%,and the sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate of T4 were 88.89%,100.00%and 96.39%respectively.Conclusion MR technique’s diagnostic results is high for the diagnosis of rectal cancer preoperative T stage for sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rates,and is close to the surgical and pathological diagnosis results,and its high accuracy can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis,surgery program development and preoperative and postoperative treatment of rectal cancer,thus it has high clinical value.
