摘要
目的探讨阿仑膦酸钠联合阿托伐他汀在糖尿病合并骨质疏松治疗中的应用,并进行分析。方法方便选取该院2014年7月—2017年7月收治的糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者80例作为此次研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为两组。对照组患者应用阿仑膦酸钠进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组用药基础上联合阿托伐他汀进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后骨密度变化情况、VAS疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者同治疗前比较,腰椎正位、前臂、股骨颈、股骨粗隆等处骨密度均有所变化(P>0.05),研究组骨密度变化情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生情况,研究组不良症状发生率5.0%显著低于对照组不良症状发生率22.5%(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者临床治疗使用阿仑膦酸钠联合阿托伐他汀可以有效改善患者骨密度,缓解疼痛且不良反应发生率较低,应当在临床中广泛推广及应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore and analyze the clinical application of alendronate combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis.Methods 80 patients with diabetes and osteoporosis treated in this hospital from July 2014 to July 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method.Patients in the control group were treated with alendronate,while the study group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group to make a comparison of the bone mineral density changes,VAS pain score and adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the condition before treatment,lumbar spine,forearm,femoral neck,trochanter and bone density of the two groups of patients were changed(P>0.05).The changes of bone mineral density of the study was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the occurrence of adverse reactions,adverse symptoms occurred in 5%of the study group was significantly lower than the control group adverse symptoms occurred in 22.5%(P<0.05).Conclusion alendronate sodium combined with atorvastatin can effectively improve bone mineral density,relieve pain and has lower incidence of adverse reactions in patients with diabetes and osteoporosis,thus it should be widely promoted and applied in clinic.
