唑来膦酸注射液治疗60例老年骨质疏松性腰背痛患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of 60 Cases of Elderly Patients with Injection of Phosphonic Acid in the Treatment of Osteoporosis Low Back Pain

目的探析老年骨质疏松性腰背痛患者采用唑来膦酸注射液进行治疗的安全性。方法随机选取该院2012年1月—2017年1月收治的骨质疏松性腰背痛60例老年患者,按照治疗方法的区别分成对照组(常规治疗+口服抗骨质疏松药物)与观察组(唑来膦酸注射液治疗),每组各30例,对比观察组与对照组的临床治疗效果。结果数据显示,观察组用药后3个月翻身痛、前驱后伸痛、静息痛分别为(0.91±1.41)分、(0.81±0.56)分、(1.71±2.11)分;用药后6个月翻身痛、前驱后伸痛、静息痛分别为(1.30±1.21)分、(1.09±0.72)分、(1.92±2.01)分;明显低于对照组,组间数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药后前Ward三角、L1~4骨密度分别为(0.215±0.011)g/cm2、(0.441±0.024);观察组与对照组用药后Ward三角、L1~4骨密度对比有明显区别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸注射液用于老年骨质疏松症腰背痛患者临床治疗中可获得较为理想的效果,能明显改善患者疼痛症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to explore the safety of injection of phosphonic acid in the treatment of elderly osteoporosis patients with low back pain.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic low back pain admitted to the Nuclear Industry 416 Hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment+oral anti osteoporosis drugs)and observation group(azole phosphonic acid injection therapy)according to the different treatments,with 30 cases in each group,and the clinical therapeutic effect of each group was compared and observed.Results The statistics showed that 3 months after the treatment,the scores of turn-over pain,precursor pain and rest pain were(0.91±1.41)points,(0.81±0.56)points,(1.71±2.11)points respectively in the observation group.And 6 months later,the scores became(1.30±1.21)points,(1.09±0.72)points,(1.92±2.01)points respectively,which were significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was significance(P<0.05);before the treatment,the Ward triangle,L1~4 bone mineral density of the observation group were(0.215±0.011)g/cm2 and(0.441±0.024)respectively;Observation group and control group had obvious difference in Ward triangle,L1~4 bone mineral density after the treatment the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Injection of azole phosphonic acid for senile osteoporosis patients with low back pain can not only obtain ideal effect in clinical treatment,but can also significantly improve the patients'pain symptoms,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
