心理护理在减轻耳鼻喉部手术术后疼痛程度中的应用分析

The Application Analysis Psychological Nursing in Reducing the Pain Degree after Ear Nose and Throat Surgery

目的分析心理护理在减轻耳鼻喉部手术术后疼痛程度中的应用效果。方法该文随机抽取该院于2016年7月—2017年4月收治的74例耳鼻喉部手术患者为研究对象。运用双盲随机分组将其均匀分为对照组(37例)和观察组(37例)2个组别,给予两组患者常规护理,观察组增加心理护理,观察患者的术后疼痛程度改善状况及疼痛程度。结果护理前,两组患者均为中度疼痛,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,对照组术后疼痛程度无变化,术后疼痛评分(4.63±0.89)分,观察组由中度疼痛减弱为轻度疼痛,术后疼痛评分(1.23±0.54)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组镇痛药物用量(96.29±8.27)m L、使用次数(1.20±0.43)次,均低于对照组患者的镇痛药物用量(353.25±25.34)m L、使用次数(3.48±1.03)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度94.59%,显著高于对照组护理满意度62.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理用于耳鼻喉部手术患者的护理,可有效减轻患者的术后疼痛程度,提升其护理满意度。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the application effect of psychological nursing on relieving pain of otolaryngology surgery.Methods A total of 74 cases of ENT surgery patients admitted to Nanchuan People's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from July 2016 to April 2017 were randomly selected as the research objects.Using double-blind random grouping evenly divided into 2 groups:control group(37 cases)and observation group(37 cases).Both groups of patients were given routine nursing,but the observation group was given additional psychological nursing to observe the degree of pain and improvement of the pain degree after operation.Results Before the psychological nursing,two groups of patients were of moderate pain,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after that,no change in the degree of pain in the control group,and its postoperative pain score was(4.63±0.89)points,while the observation group reduced to mild pain from moderate pain,and its postoperative pain score was(1.23±0.54)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dosage of analgesic drug of the observation group was(96.29±8.27)mL,and its usage times were(1.20±0.43)points;both were lower than the control group with the dosage of analgesic drugs of(353.25±25.34)mL,the usage times of(3.48±1.03)points.The difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients was 94.59%in the observation group which was significantly higher than that of in the control group whose nursing satisfaction was 62.16%,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing care for patients of ENT surgery can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients after operation and can contribute to improving the nursing satisfaction.
