射频联合点阵激光治疗面部皮肤光老化效果分析

Effect Analysis of Radionuclide Combined with Laser in the Treatment of Facial Skin Photoaging

目的分析射频联合点阵激光对于面部皮肤光老化的治疗效果。方法方便选取2015年3月—2017年6月于该院进行治疗的100例面部皮肤光老化患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,每组50例,一组实施射频治疗,为观察组,另一组在此基础上联合点阵激光进行治疗,为对照组,对比分析两组患者的治疗疗效、半年有效维持率以及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为35例(70%),半年有效维持率为24例(48%),对治疗的总满意度为33例(66%);对照组患者的治疗有效率为43例(86%),半年有效维持率为34例(68%),对治疗的总满意度为42例(84%);对照组患者的治疗有效率、半年有效维持率以及治疗满意度均高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论射频联合点阵激光对于面部皮肤光老化的治疗效果远高于单纯采用射频进行治疗的效果,且维持时间长,提高了患者对于临床治疗的满意度,该治疗方式具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of radiofrequency combined point array laser on the treatment of facial skin photoaging.Methods A total of 100 patients with facial skin photoaging who were treated in this hospital from March 2015 to June 2017 wereconvenient selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.One group was treated with radiofrequency ablation as the observation group and the other group was treated on the basis of the combination of dot-matrix laser as the control group.The curative effect,half-year effective maintenance rate and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment was 35 cases(70%)and 24 cases(48%)in the observation group,and the total satisfaction rate was 33 cases(66%).In the control group,the effective treatment rate was 43 cases(86%),and the effective maintenance rate was 34 cases(68%)in half a year,with a total satisfaction rate of 42 cases(84%).In the control group,the treatment efficiency,the effective maintenance rate and the treatment satisfaction were higher than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency combined with laser for facial skin photoaging treatment effect is much higher than the simple treatment with radio frequency effect,and maintain a long time and improve patient satisfaction with clinical treatment,the treatment has a high clinical value.
