支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的疗效及并发症分析

Efficacy and Complications of Stent-assisted Coil Embolization in Treatment of Wide-neck Intracranial Aneurysms

目的分析探讨支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞在颅内宽颈动脉瘤治疗中的效果。方法方便选取2014年7月—2017年7月期间该院收治的50例颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组25例,其中观察组采用支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞方法进行治疗,对照组采用球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果及患者并发症发生情况。结果对照组的完全栓塞率为76.0%,而观察组的完全栓塞率为80.0%;对照组术后并发症发生率为16.0%,观察组术后并发症发生率为12.0%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞在颅内宽颈动脉瘤治疗的过程中具有良好的疗效,且能够在临床治疗的过程中代替球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗,安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective This paper tries to analyze and explore the stent-assisted coil embolization in the treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.Methods 50 patients from July 2014 to July 2017 of intracranial wide necked aneurysms in this hospital were convenient selected,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with stent assisted coil embolization treatment,the control group using balloon assisted coil embolization treatment.The treatment effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The complete embolization in the control group was 76.0%,while the total occlusion rate was 80.0%in the observation group;the incidence of complications was 16.0%in control group,the complication rate was 12.0%after operation in the observation group,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Stent assisted coil embolization has good curative effect in the treatment of wide necked intracranial aneurysms,and the clinical treatment and the process of replacing balloon assisted coil embolization is safe and effective.And it is worthy of clinical promotion.
