奥氮平与阿立哌唑对体重和血糖的影响对比

Comparison of Effects of Olanzapine and Aripiprazole on Body Weight and Blood Glucose

目的对比分析精神分裂症患者分别使用奥氮平或阿立哌唑治疗后,其体重及血糖的变化情况。方法方便选取2015年6月—2016年12月就诊于该院的90例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法,将患者随机分为试验组及对照组,两组患者各45例。对照组采用奥氮平治疗,试验组采用阿立哌唑治疗,疗程为12周。采用不同治疗方式治疗后,对比两组患者治疗前、治疗后4周、8周、12周的体重及血糖变化。结果阿立哌唑组患者接受治疗后4周、8周、12周的体重及血糖情况较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05),均保持在体重62.2 kg、血糖4.60 mmol/L左右;奥氮平组患者在接受治疗后4周、8周、12周的体重分别增加至(63.5±9.6)、(64.9±9.7)、(66.8±9.9)kg,血糖水平分别增加,至(4.99±0.65)、(5.58±0.75)、(5.70±0.78)mmol/L,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者选用阿立哌唑治疗,相较于奥氮平,其体重及血糖波动较小,能显著提高患者服药的依从性,保障患者生活质量。

Objective This paper tries to compare the use of olanzapine or aripiprazole in the treatment of psychiatric patients with schizophrenia,the changes of body weight and blood glucose.Methods 90 cases of mental patients with schizophrenia in this hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected as the research object,using a random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Two groups of patients with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine,and the experimental group was treated with aripiprazole treatment,for 12 weeks.After using different treatment methods,compared two groups of patients before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,body weight and blood glucose changes in 12 weeks.Results Body weight and blood glucose in patients receiving aripiprazole group after treatment for 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks compared with before treatment,without significant differences(P>0.05),blood glucose,body weight of 62.2 kg were maintained at around 4.60 mmol/L;olanzapine group patients after treatment for 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks respectively increased the weight of(63.5±9.6),(64.9±9.7),(66.8±9.9)kg,blood glucose levels were increased to(4.99±0.65),(5.58±0.75),(5.70±0.78)mmol/L,there were obvious differences compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Schizophrenia patients treated with aripiprazole,compared with olanzapine,its body weight and blood glucose fluctuations smaller,can significantly improve the compliance of patients taking medication to protect the quality of life of patients.
