枸地氯雷他定联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂对变应性鼻炎的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Desloratadine Citrate Combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray on Allergic Rhinitis

目的探究枸地氯雷他定联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂对变应性鼻炎的应用效果。方法方便选取2016年6—12月来该院接受救治的106例变应性鼻炎患者作为观察对象,使用单双号编号法将106例患者分为单一组(53例,应用枸地氯雷他定治疗)、联合组(53例,应用枸地氯雷他定联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗)。随访6月,研究对比两组变应性鼻炎患者的血清炎性因子水平、临床症状评分、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果联合组患者治疗后的IL-6、IL-8分别为(106.65±4.61)、(110.65±4.57)ng/L,相比单一组[(136.77±9.48)、(132.65±7.61)ng/L]明显更低,且IL-10为(17.71±4.78)ng/L,相比单一组[(13.69±3.64)ng/L]明显更高(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后的喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒评分相比单一组明显更低(P<0.05);联合组和单一组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应;联合组患者的复发率(1.87%)相比单一组(16.98%)明显更低(P<0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的效果较显著,安全性较高。

Objective This paper tries to explore the application effect of desloratadine citrate combined with budesonide nasal spray on allergic rhinitis.Methods 106 cases with allergic rhinitis from June to December 2016 in this hospital for treatment as the observation object,by single and even number method,they were convenient selected and randomly divided into single group(53 cases,application of desloratadine citrate),and the combined therapy group(53 cases,application of desloratadine citrate combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray treatment).After six month follow-up,allergic rhinitis were compared between the two groups of serum levels of inflammatory factors,clinical symptom score,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence.Results The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the combined group were(106.65±4.61)and(110.65±4.57)ng/L respectively compared with those in the single group[(136.77±9.48),(132.65±7.61)ng/L](P<0.05).Compared with the single group[(13.69±3.64)ng/L],IL-10 was significantly higher(17.71±4.78)ng/L(P<0.05).Postoperative sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching score was significantly lower than the single group(P<0.05);combination group and single group of patients during the treatment showed no significant adverse reactions;combined group of patients with recurrence rate(1.87%),significantly lower than the single group(16.98%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Desloratadine citrate combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has significant effect and high security.
