Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of gemcitabine combined with oxaliplatin in patients with urothelial tumors. Methods Fifty-six patients with urothelial tumors admitted from February 2016 to February 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected and enrolled in this study.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into combined group and single group, with 28 cases in each group. The single group only adopted gemcitabine treatment, the combined group on the basis of single group adopted the combination of oxaliplatin treatment, observation and comparison of two groups of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results In the combined group,22 cases(78.57%)were significantly better than 12 cases(42.86%)in the single group, and 1 case(3.57%)in the combined group of adverse incidence, which was significantly lower than that in the single group(25.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of gemcitabine+oxaliplatin in patients with urothelial tumors not only can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to a certain extent, but also ensure the overall therapeutic effect, which has a slight influence on renal function and is more beneficial to patients’condition to recover.
