高龄青光眼合并白内障联合手术护理探讨

Nursing Observation of Cataract Surgery Combined with Cataract in Elderly Patients with Glaucoma

目的探讨高龄青光眼合并白内障患者在联合手术围术期中给予有效护理措施的临床效果。方法方便选取该院住院部2015年10月—2017年8月收治的高龄青光眼合并白内障患者120例作为研究对象,均采用联合手术治疗,按照随机的方式分为两组,即对照组和观察组分别给予常规护理措施和围手术期护理干预;并对两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分、视力值改善情况及满意度进行观察和评价。结果观察组患者的焦虑(24.32±0.25)分、抑郁评分(24.12±0.36)分低于对照组数据(P<0.05);观察组患者30 d视力改善情况(>0.8者39例、0.3~0.8者20例、<0.3者1例)优于对照组数据(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度96.67%高于对照组数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄青光眼合并白内障患者在联合手术围术期中给予有效护理措施效果显著,不仅可以缓解负面情绪,并且还能降低并发症发生率,临床上值得应用和推广。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of effective nursing care in elderly patients with cataract combined with perioperative period.Methods A total of 120 patients with cataract combined with cataract were convenient selected enrolled in this hospital from October 2015 to August 2017.They were treated with combined surgery and divided into two groups according to the randomized method.The observation group was given routine nursing measures and perioperative nursing intervention;and the two groups of patients with anxiety,depression score,visual acuity improved and satisfaction were observed and evaluated.Results The anxiety was(24.32±0.25)points and depression score(24.12±0.36)points,lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had 30 days of visual improvement(>0.8 for 39 cased,0.3~0.8 for 20 cases,<0.3 for 1 case)better than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Patients with senile glaucoma and cataracts in the perioperative period of joint surgery to give effective nursing measures have significant effects,not only can reduce the negative emotions,but also reduce the incidence of complications,which is clinically worthy of application and promotion.
