手术室人文关怀对乳腺癌手术患者心理状态及疗效的影响

Effect of Humanistic Care in Operating Room on Mental State and Efficacy of Patients with Breast Cancer Surgery

目的研究手术室护理干预对乳腺癌手术患者心理状态与疗效的影响。方法方便选取该院2015年5月—2017年5月期间收治的80例行乳腺癌手术患者分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,护理组除常规护理以外增加手术室人文关怀。比较术后两组在血压、心率及心理状态的差异。结果 (1)干预后,护理组患者血压(111.3±5.7)mm Hg、(73.4±4.2)mm Hg及心率(79.3±4.5)次/min明显优于对照组(122.5±5.8)mm Hg、(82.5±4.7)mm Hg、(81.3±5.2)次/min(P<0.05);(2)护理组患者SAS、SDS评分(49.4±1.5)分、(41.5±2.7)分低于对照组(53.4±2.3)分、(52.5±2.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理干预能有效缓解患者对手术的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少手术应激反应,从而提高护理疗效。

Objective This paper tries to study the effect of nursing room intervention on psychological status and curative effect in patients with breast cancer.Methods 80 patients undergoing breast cancer surgery were conveniently selected and divided into two groups in this hospital from May 2015 to May 2017.The control group was given routine care,the nursing group in addition to conventional care added human care.The differences in blood pressure,heart rate and mental state were compared between the two groups.Results①After intervention,the blood pressure in the nursing group(111.3±5.7)mmHg,(73.4±4.2)mmHg and heart rate(79.3±4.5)times/min were significantly better than(122.5±5.8)mmHg,(82.5±4.7)mmHg,(81.3±5.2)times/min in the control group(P<0.05).②SAS and SDS scores(49.4±1.5)points,(41.5±2.7)points in the nursing group were lower than(53.4±2.3)points,(52.5±2.6)points in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of the operating room can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients,reduce the stress response,and improve the nursing effect.
