延续护理在48例直肠癌患者术后护理中的应用效果分析

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Postoperative Nursing of 48 Patients with Rectal Cancer

目的探究延续护理在直肠癌患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取2014年10月—2016年12月来该院就医的96例术后直肠癌患者该次研究的观察对象,使用随机数字表法对96例患者进行分组。常规组48例术后直肠癌患者应用常规护理,实验组48例术后直肠癌患者应用延续护理,研究对比两组术后直肠癌患者的生活质量评分、自我护理能力评分。结果实验组和常规组患者出院后6个月的生活质量评分、自我护理能力评分均较出院时有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但实验组患者出院后半年的总生活质量评分[(86.66±8.95)分]及自我护理能力评分[(153.66±10.95)分],相比常规组(78.72±7.55)分、(121.72±5.55)分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对术后直肠癌患者采取延续护理能显著提高患者的自我护理能力,改善其生活质量。

Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of continuing nursing care in postoperative care of patients with rectal cancer.Methods 96 cases of postoperative patients with rectal cancer from October 2014 to December 2016 in this hospital were conveniently selected as the observation object of this study,96 patients were grouped by random number table.The conventional group of 48 patients with postoperative rectal cancer patients with routine care,experimental group of 48 patients with postoperative rectal cancer patients with extended care,the two groups of patients with postoperative rectal cancer quality of life score,self-care ability score were compared.Results The scores of quality of life and self-care ability of the experimental group and the conventional group were higher than those of the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the total quality of life score was(86.66±8.95)points and the self-care ability score was(153.66±10.95)points,significantly higher than the conventional group of(78.72±7.55)points,(121.72±5.55)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continued care of postoperative patients with rectal cancer can significantly improve the patient’s self-care ability and improve their quality of life.
