多层螺旋CT灌注成像技术在孤立性肺结节诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT Perfusion Imaging in the Diagnosis of Solitary Pulmonary Nodules

目的观察多层螺旋CT灌注成像技术在孤立性肺结节诊断中的应用价值。方法方便该院2016年5月—2017年5月收治的58例孤立性肺结节患者为该次实验研究对象,所有患者均给予X线、MRI以及多层螺旋CT灌注成像技术检查,比较3种影像学临床检出情况。结果多层螺旋CT灌注成像检查孤立性肺结节患者敏感度、准确性分别为98.2%、96.6%,各项数据均明显高于X线检查以及MRI检查,多层螺旋CT灌注成像检查检查显示灌注参数不同恶性、良性、炎性孤立性肺结节患者数值存在一定差异,各项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于孤立性肺结节患者给予多层螺旋CT灌注成像检查其准确性、敏感度高。

Objective This paper tries to observe the application value of multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules.Methods 58 cases of patients with solitary pulmonary nodules in this hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were convenient selected as the study object,all patients were given X-ray,MRI and multi slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in clinical examination.Comparison of three kinds of imaging detection.Results Multislice spiral CT perfusion imaging in patients with solitary pulmonary nodules sensitivity,specificity was 98.2%,96.6%,significantly higher than that of X-ray examination and MRI examination,examination of multi-slice CT perfusion imaging examination showed perfusion parameters of different malignant,benign,inflammatory,there were some differences in the number of patients with solitary pulmonary nodules,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in patients with solitary pulmonary nodules is specific and sensitive.
