掌骨骨折施以微型钢板内固定治疗效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Micro-plate Internal Fixation with Metacarpal Fracture

目的分析掌骨骨折施以微型钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法方便筛选2011年3月—2016年3月该院收治疗的107例掌骨骨折患者,以不同手术方法为依据分组:治疗组(n=53例,以微型钢板内固定治疗),对照组(n=54例,以克氏针交叉固定治疗),同时观察、对照2组临床效果。结果术后,治疗组优良率100.00%(53/53),比对照组81.48%(44/54)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率5.66%(3/53),明显低于对照组27.78%(15/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组住院时长(5.4±1.3)d、骨折愈合时长(51.2±10.6)d,均短于对照组(6.8±0.6)、(67.1±12.5)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床以微型钢板内固定疗法治疗掌骨骨折,应用效果比克氏针交叉固定更显著,可在提升临床治疗优良率的基础上,缩减患者术后住院时长及骨折愈合时长,有效防治并发症,临床操作起来安全性较高,建议推荐。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of metacarpal fractures treated with micro plate internal fixation.Methods A total of 107 patients with metacarpal fractures received from March 2011 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into two groups:treatment group(n=53,treated with micro-plate internal fixation),control group(n=54,treated with Kirschner wire fixation),and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 100.00%(53/53),higher than that of the control group of 81.48%(44/54),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate was 5.66%(3/53),significantly lower than the control group of 27.78%(15/56),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalized time of the treatment group was(5.4±1.3)d,fracture healing time was(51.2±10.6)d,which were shorter than those in the control group of(6.8±0.6),(67.1±12.5)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of metacarpal fracture with mini-plate internal fixation is more effective than cross-fixation with Kirschner wire.On the basis of improving the excellent rate of clinical treatment,the length of postoperative hospital stay and the duration of fracture healing can be reduced,and the complications can be effectively controlled,with high safety operation,so it is recommended.
