降压方穴位贴敷治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的疗效探讨

Efficacy of Acupoint Sticking Therapy with Jiangya Recipe in Ascendant Hyperactivity of Liver

目的探讨复方中药贴敷多穴位治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的疗效。方法方便选择2016年9月—2017年5月入住该院的肝阳上亢型高血压病患者随机分治疗组和对照组,各30例每组。对照组行规范化西医治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上行降压方穴位贴敷。结果治疗组血压下降总有效率为100.0%(且中医证候有效率如下:眩晕100.0%;头痛100.0%;口干口苦便秘87.5%;溲赤100.0%;五心烦热100.0%;耳鸣100.0%;急躁易怒100.0%;失眠健忘94.7%;腰膝酸软91.7%,总有效率为97.1%)。尿微量蛋白减少总有效率为73.3%。患者总体疗效总有效率为94.0%。结论复方中药多穴位贴敷联合降压药能更有效地降低肝阳上亢型高血压病患者的血压;改善中医证候;降低患者尿微量白蛋白水平。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the curative effect of compound Chinese medicine sticking multiple acupoints on hyperthyroidism with liver-yang syndrome with Jiangya recipe.Methods 60 patients who admitted to the hospital from September 2016 to May 2017 were convenient selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group by random,30 cases in each group.The control group was given regularly western medicine;the treatment group received the jiangya recipe acupoint sticking therapy on pionts on the basis of the regularly western medicine.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate of blood pressure decreased was 100.0%(and TCM syndromes were as follows:vertigo 100.0%;headache 100.0%;mouth dry and bitter,constipation 87.5%;scanty dark urine 100.0%;dysphoria in chestpalms-soles 100.0%;tinnitus 100.0%,irritability 100.0%;insomnia amnesia 94.7%;soreness and weakness of waist and knees 91.7%,the total effective rate was 97.1%).The total effective rate of urinary microalbumin reduction was 73.3%.The total effective rate of overall treatment was 94.0%.Conclusion Compound Chinese medicine multi-acupoint sticking with antihypertensive drugs can more effectively reduce blood pressure in patients with hyperthyroidism and improve TCM syndromes;reduce the level of urine microalbuminuria.
