Application Value of DNA Quantitative Analysis and Examination in the Screening of Cervical Lesions

目的探究DNA定量分析检查于宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值。方法整群选取该院2014年1月—2016年1月的4 213例患者做DNA倍体检测与宫颈液基细胞学检查,其中的138例液基细胞学阳性与DNA异倍体者做宫颈活检,总结DNA倍体检测于宫颈疾病筛查中的应用价值。结果 4 213例患者中,液基细胞学的阳性检出率为4.1%(共计171例),DNA异倍体细胞检出率为4.9%(共计206例),检出率的对比提示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在DNA异倍体细胞检出增多的同时、液基细胞学阳性检出率也随之升高。234例DNA异倍体与液基细胞检查阳性者中有138例进行活检,少量、中量以及大量DNA倍体异常者检出率分别是8.7%、48.6%、41.3%;以DNA异倍体出现为活检标准,宫颈病变敏感性是98.6%。结论 DNA倍体检测具有精准、快速、客观的应用优点,可作为宫颈疾病筛查的的有效工具在临床做积极推广。

Objective To study the application value of DNA quantitative analysis and examination in the screening of cervical lesions.Methods 4 213 cases of patients in our department from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as a group for DNA ploid test and TCT examination,and 138 cases of positive liquid based cytology and DNA heteroploid patients were for cervical biopsy,and the application value of DNA ploid in the screening of cervical lesions was summarized.Results Of 4 213 cases,the positive test rate of liquid based cytology was 4.1%(171 cases in total),and the test rate of DNA heteroploid cells was 4.9%(206 cases in total),and the difference in the test rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and with the increase of DNA heteroploid cell test,the positive test rate of liquid based cytology increased,and 234 cases of DNA heteroploid patients and 138 cases of positive liquid based cytology were for biopsy,and the test rates of a small amount,a medium amount,and a large amount of DNA heteroploid patients were respectively 8.7%,48.6%,41.3%,and the sensitivity of cervical lesions was 98.6%taking the DNA heteroploid as the biopsy standards.Conclusion The DNA ploid test is accurate,rapid and objective,which can be actively promoted as an effective screening means of cervical lesions.
