老年性下睑内翻两种手术矫正方法效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Two Operation Modification Techniques of Senile Lower Lid Entropion

目的研究老年性下睑内翻采用两种不同手术方式矫正的方法及治疗效果。方法方便选取2011年7月—2016年7月期间该院收治的94例老年性下睑内翻患者作为研究对象,根据患者所行手术方法的不同,将患者分为实验组和对照组,其中将应用眼轮匝肌折叠缩短手术治疗的47例患者纳入实验组,将应用皮肤及眼轮匝肌切除手术治疗的47例患者纳入对照组,观察两组患者的矫正效果。结果实验组的47例患者恢复情况均符合痊愈标准,痊愈率达到了100.00%,无1例患者于随访期间病情复发;对照组的47例患者有42例符合痊愈标准,痊愈率达到了89.36%,有5例患者于随访期间病情复发,复发率为10.64%,将两组患者的痊愈情况及复发情况进行比较,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗老年性下睑内翻方面,应用眼轮匝肌折叠缩短手术治疗效果更佳,不但提高了下睑内翻的矫正效果,且利于控制病情复发,值得推广。

Objective To research the method and effect of two operation modification techniques of senile lower lid entropion.Methods 94 cases of senile lower lid entropion patients admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 47 cases in each according to different operation methods,the experimental group were treated with orbicularis ocular muscle shortening surgery,while the control group were treated with skin and orbicularis ocular muscle resection,and the modification effect of the two groups was observed.Results The recovery of 47 cases in the experimental group met the healing standards,and the cure rate was 100.00%,and the no one recurred during follow-up,and in the control group,there were 42 cases meeting the healing standards,and the cure rate was 89.36%,and 5 cases recurred during follow-up,and the recurrence rate was 10.64%,and the differences in the healing situation and recurrence situation between the two groups were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of orbicularis ocular muscle shortening surgery in treatment of senile lower lid entropion,which is worth promotion.
