内镜下胃息肉切除术临床路径应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Clinical Path of Endoscopic Gastric Polyps Resection

目的分析临床路径管理在内镜下胃息肉切除术治疗中的价值。方法方便选择2015年1月—2016年12月实行内镜下胃息肉切除术临床路径工作开展期间的147例患者临床资料进行总结。其中76例进入临床路径组管理,71例未进入者为对照组。路径组采用胃息肉临床路径管理进行治疗和护理,对照组患者采用传统程序进行治疗和护理,并从平均住院费用、平均药物费用、住院天数、患者满意度等4个方面进行对比分析。结果路径组患者平均住院时间为(5.39±1.084)d,住院平均费用为(5 890.49±1 828.357)元,平均药物费用(2 290.36±807.060)元,均显著低于对照组的平均住院时间(10.97±1.483)d平均住院费用(9 986.11±972.148)元,平均药物费用(9 106.21±997.944)元,差异有统计学意义(t=4.09,19.801,3.981,P<0.05)。路径组患者满意度97.36%,对照组的患者满意度87.32%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内镜下胃息肉切除术的患者中应用临床路径管理,能够缩短住院天数、降低住院总费用及住院药物费用,并能提高患者满意度。故而临床路径管理值得在临床诊疗中推广。

Objective To analyze the value of clinical path of endoscopic gastric polyps resection.Methods 147 cases of patients during the clinical path of endoscopic gastric polyps resection from January 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected,the path group with 76 cases used the gastric polyps clinical path management for treatment and nursing,while the control group used the traditional procedure for treatment and nursing,and the hospitalization cost,inpatients cost,length of stay and satisfactory degree were compared and analyzed.Results The average length of stay,average hospitalization cost,average medicine cost in the path group were obviously lower than those in the control group,[(5.39±1.084)d,(5 890.49±1 828.357)yuan,(2 290.36±807.060)yuan vs(10.97±1.483)d,(9 986.11±972.148)yuan,(9 106.21±997.944)yuan],and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.09,19.801,3.981,P<0.05),and the difference in the satisfactory degree between the path group and the control group was statistically significant(97.36%vs 87.32%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical path management in patients with endoscopic gastric polyps resection can shorten the length of stay,reduce the total hospitalization cost and hospitalization cost,and improve the satisfactory degree,and it is worth promotion in clinical treatment.
