中医综合疗法用于治疗女性内分泌失调研究

Research on TCM General Therapy in Treatment of Female Endocrine Dyscrasia

目的分析中医综合疗法在女性内分泌失调中的应用效果。方法从2014年3月—2016年8月该院收治女性内分泌失调患者中随机抽取中医综合疗法53例作为观察组,西医疗法53例作为对照组,统计治疗结果。结果观察组疾病控制率为94.3%,不良反应发生率为3.8%。对照组疾病控制率为77.4%,不良反应发生率为17.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在性激素水平、症状评分上,观察组的改善度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予女性内分泌失调患者中医综合疗法能改善性激素水平,预防不良反应,提高治疗结果,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of TCM general therapy in treatment of female endocrine dyscrasia.Methods 106 cases of females with endocrine dyscrasia treated in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 53 cases in each,the observation group used the TCM general therapy,while the control group used the western medicine therapy,and the treatment results were counted.Results The disease control rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 94.3%,3.8%and 77.4%,17.0%,and the differences was statistically siynificant(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of sex hormone level and symptom score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was was statistically siynificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM general therapy in treatment of female endocrine dyscrasia can improve the sex hormone level,prevent the adverse reactions and improve the treatment effect,and it is worth promotion.
