早产新生儿凝血四项检查的临床价值探讨

目的分析探讨对早产新生儿实施凝血4项检查的临床价值。方法方便选取2016年7月—2017年7月该院出生的新生儿1 160名为实验对象,其中早产儿160例(早产组),另1 000名为健康足月新生儿(足月组),对这些新生儿进行凝血4项检查,对比两组新生儿的纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血活酶(APTT),并对不同病理因素早产儿检查结果进行分析。结果早产组新生儿FIB为(1.54±0.56)g/L、PT为(16.33±6.14)s、TT为(24.03±2.60)s、APTT为(63.13±14.25)s,与足月组新生儿比较,PT、TT和APTT均显著延长,FIB显著更低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);窒息、感染、吸入综合症早产新生儿的凝血四项检查结果与足月新生儿比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染早产患儿的FIB、PT、APTT水平均比窒息患儿与吸入综合症患儿显著延长差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过早产新生儿凝血4项检查可以有效地监测其凝血功能的变化,进而对疾病做出早期诊断、预防和治疗,

Objective To analyze and study the clinical value of four coagulation indexes of premature newborns.Methods 1 160 cases of newborns delivered in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected as the experimental objects including 160 cases of premature group and 1 000 cases of healthy full-term newborns group,and all newborns were for 4 coagulation examination,and the FIB content,TT,PT and APTT were compared between the two groups,and the examination results of premature newborns of different pathological factors were analyzed.Results The FIB,PT,TT and APTT of premature newborns were respectively(1.54±0.56)g/L,(16.33±6.14)s,(24.03±2.60)s,(63.13±14.25)s,and the PT,TT and APTT obviously prolonged,and FIB was obviously low,and the differences between groups were statiscally significantcp(P<0.05),and the four coagulation examination results including asphyxia,infection,aspiration syndrome between the premature group and the full-term group were statiscally significantcp(P<0.05),and the FIB,PT,APTT levels of infection premature newborns were obviously prolonged compared with those of children with asphyxia and children with aspiration syndrome,the differentce was statistically signifficant(P<0.05).Conclusion The four coagulation indexes of premature newborns can effectively monitor the changes of coagulation function thus making early diagnosis,prevention and treatment of diseases.
