性病合并真菌感染实验室检测结果分析

Analysis of Laboratory Test Results of STD Combined with Fungus Infection

目的探析性病合并真菌感染发现情况。方法方便选取该院2015年7月—2017年1月性病合并真菌感染的患者78例实行临床检验诊断,采集患者的病史,对选取的患者实行身体检查,分析患者出现误诊的原因。结果根据患者的病史以及体检的结果得出,患者均患有梅毒合并真菌感染,真菌感染中有68例为霉菌感染,有10例为假丝酵母菌感染。被误诊为仅有真菌感染,没有发现还有性病发生。经过随访发现,有4例患者出现反复,其余患者均获得康复。结论在临床的诊断中出现被误诊的性病合并真菌感染的情况是由于多种原因造成的,需要采集患者的病史,对选取的患者实行身体检查,防止出现误诊,漏诊的情况。

Objective To study the occurrence of STD combined with fungus infection.Methods 78 cases of patients with STD combined with fungus infection in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2017 were convenient selected for clinical diagnosis,and the disease history of patients was collected,and the patients selected were for physical examination,and the misdiagnosis causes were analyzed.Results The disease history and physical examination results showed that the patients had syphilis combined with fungus infection,including 68 cases with mycotic infection,10 cases with candida albican inection,they were misdiagnosed with simple fungus infection without STD,and the follow-up showed 4 cases reoccurred,and the other patients recovered.Conclusion The misdiagnosis causes of STD combined with fungus infection are multiple,and we need to collect the disease history and conduct the physical examination thus preventing the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
