Efficacy Analysis of Three Methods of Emergency Treatment of Pilon Fractures

目的探讨伤后早期单纯石膏外固定治疗、早期单纯内固定治疗和早期内固定加外固定治疗对Pilon骨折疗效的影响。方法方便选取该院2011年8月—2015年8月所收治的单侧胫骨Pilon骨折共57例为分析对象,治疗方法随机分组。骨折类型:Ⅰ型24例、Ⅱ型19例、Ⅲ型14例。结果使用Mazur评分系统评估手术最终,优48例、良5例、可2例,差1例,死亡1例。结论正确的治疗方案的选择和设计,严格掌握手术操作时间,根据不同类型的骨折和条件选择不同的治疗方式是获得最佳手术效果的主要原因。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the early simple plaster external fixation treatment after injury,early treatment and simple internal fixation early internal fixation and external fixation treatment on the effect of pilon fractures.Methods 57 cases in this hospital from August 2011 to August 2015 treated unilateral tibial pilon fractures were convenient selected and the treatment was randomized.Fracture type:24 cases of typeⅠ,19 cases of typeⅡ,14 cases of typeⅢ.Results The use of said Mazur grading system to evaluate the operation in the end,48 cases of excellent,good in 5 cases,2 cases were fine,1 case of poor,1 case died.Conclusion The correct choice of treatment options and design,strict control of surgical operation time,according to different types of fractures and conditions to choose a different treatment is the main reason for the best surgical results.
