抚触联合临床常规治疗方法治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效探讨

Therapeutic Effect of Touching Combined Clinical Routine Therapy on Neonatal Pathologic Jaundice

目的分析新生儿病理性黄疸治疗中抚触联合常规治疗方案的临床价值。方法方便选取2015年5月—2017年5月间收治的120例病理性黄疸患儿,随机分为两组:常规组60例常规治疗,治疗组60例在此基础上实施抚触方案,观察2组临床效果、血清总胆红素变化等。结果常规组有效率86.67%(52/60),治疗组96.67%(58/60);常规组11例(18.33%)并发症,治疗组3例(5.00%);治疗组治疗3 d时、治疗5 d时血清总胆红素为(129.97±41.25)、(44.67±16.56)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于出现病理性黄疸症状的患儿,在予以常规方案治疗的基础上,联合实施抚触方案效果突出,值得应用。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical value of treatment of stroke combined with conventional treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods From May 2015 to May 2017,120 cases of pathologic jaundice were convenient selected randomly divided into two groups:the conventional group of 60 cases of conventional treatment,the treatment group of 60 cases on the basis of the implementation of the touch program,the clinical effect of the two groups,serum total bilirubin changes were compared.Results The effective rate in the normal group was 86.67%(52/60),and the treatment group was 96.67%(58/60).There were 11 cases of complications in the normal group(18.33%)and 3 in the treatment group(5.00%).In the treatment group,the serum total bilirubin was(129.97±41.25)and(44.67±16.56)at 3 days and 5 days after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the case of patients with pathological jaundice,it is worth applying the treatment of conventional scheme.
