左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Left Thyroxine Sodium in Treatment of Hy-pothyroidism in Elderly Patients

目的分析和研究左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退的临床应用效果。方法方便选取该院在2015年5月—2017年5月期间收治的136例老年甲状腺功能减退患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院单号单双数将患者分为参照组和研究组,各68例,其中参照组患者采取常规治疗,研究组患者采用左甲状腺素钠治疗,观察和比较两组患者的临床效果。结果在治疗后两组患者的脂代谢指标都有所改善,其中研究组患者脂代谢指标改善更加显著,且两组患者在治疗后TSH都有所降低,FT3和FT4都有所增高,其中研究组患者的改善效果更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗有效率为97.06%明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.524 7,P=0.02<0.05)。结论采用左甲状腺素钠治疗甲状腺功能减退,患者的治疗效果显著,有效提高患者的生活质量,在临床中值得推广。

Objective This paper tries to analyze and study the clinical effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of senile hypothyroidism.Methods 136 patients with thyroid function in the hospital during the period from May 2015 to May 2017 were conveniently selected as the research objects,according to the number of patients admitted to hospital,they were divided into control group and study group,each of 68 cases,the reference group were treated by conventional treatment,the study group of patients with levothyroxine sodium treatment,the clinical effect was observed and compared of two groups of patients.Results Improvement after treatment indices of lipid metabolism in patients of the two groups have,the study group of patients with lipid index improved more significantly,and the two groups of patients after treatment of TSH were decreased,FT3 and FT4 were increased,the patients in the study group improved more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.06%higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.524 7,P=0.02<0.05).Conclusion The use of levothyroxine in the treatment of hypothyroidism,the patient’s treatment effect is significant,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,worth promoting in the clinic.
