左旋甲状腺素对亚临床甲状腺功能减退及临床甲状腺功能减退的疗效分析

Efficacy of L-thyroxine on Subclinical Hypothyroidism and Clinical Hypothyroidism

目的探讨左旋甲状腺素治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退及临床甲状腺功能减退的临床疗效。方法方便选取2016年11月—2017年8月该院86例亚临床甲状腺功能减退、临床甲状腺功能减退患者为例,分为实验组(左旋甲状腺素钠片,43例)和对照组(甲状腺片,43例)。对比观察两组甲状腺功能血生化指标。结果实验组临床甲减患者治疗后FT3(3.75±0.64)pmol/m L,FT4(9.46±1.97)pmol/m L,亚临床甲减患者TSH(7.40±1.13)m U/L,各项指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左旋甲状腺激素治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退及临床甲状腺功能减退的疗效优于甲状腺片,值得临床推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of L-thyroxine on subclinical hypothyroidism and clinical hypothyroidism.Methods 86 cases of subclinical hypothyroidism,clinical hypothyroidism patients from November 2016 to August 2017 in this hospital were conveniently selected and divided into experimental group(levothyroxine sodium tablets,43 cases)and control group(thyroid tablets,43 cases).The blood biochemical parameters of thyroid function in two groups were observed and compared.Results The experimental group patients with clinical hypothyroidism after treatment of FT3(3.75±0.64)pmol/mL,FT4(9.46±1.97)pmol/mL,TSH patients with subclinical hypothyroidism(7.40±1.13)mU/L,there were significant differences between the indexes of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine therapy is superior to thyroid tablets in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism,and is worthy of clinical use.
